The SAE 100R13 hydraulic hose is a four or six spiral wire reinforced rubber hose designed for extremely high pressure hydraulic applications with severe pulsing. The tube is made of oil and water resistant synthetic rubber, reinforced with multiple layers of high-tensile steel wire spirals, and covered with weather and temperature resistant synthetic rubber. It delivers a constant working pressure of 35 MPa across all sizes and is widely used for heavy-duty construction, mining and industrial equipment.
Zhongxu produces 100R13 hoses strictly to SAE J517, EN 856 R13 and ISO 3862 R13 standards, with 100% proof pressure testing on every batch. MSHA approved.

Inner Tube: High quality black synthetic rubber, resistant to oil and water.
Reinforcement: Four layers of 1/4" to 1" (DN 19- 31) high-tensile steel wire spirals .Six layers of 1-1/4" to 2" (DN 38 - 51) high-tensile steel wire spirals .
Cover: High-quality black abrasion, corrosion and weather resistant synthetic rubber. MSHA certified. Wrapped or smooth surface.
