Quality Assurance & Global Supply
1.What makes this hose suitable for low-temperature applications?
The NBR inner tube and specially formulated synthetic rubber cover maintain flexibility at temperatures as low as -50°C. This prevents cracking and stiffness in cold climate conditions, making it ideal for winter construction, agriculture and mining operations.
2.What is the difference between the one-wire and two-wire braid versions?
The one-wire braid version meets SAE 100R1AT with working pressure from 40 to 250 Bar. The two-wire braid version meets SAE 100R2AT with working pressure from 80 to 415 Bar. Both share the same low-temperature performance and fluid compatibility.
3.What fluids can this hose handle?
It is suitable for petroleum based and water glycol hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, emulsion, air and water. It is not recommended for phosphate ester-based fluids.
4. What is your MOQ and lead time for global distributors?
MOQ starts at 100 meters per size for trial orders. Stock sizes ship in 7–15 days. OEM orders take 20–30 days. We ship FOB Tianjin or CIF to major ports worldwide, with stable monthly capacity for container orders.
5.Do you offer OEM branding and custom packaging?
Yes. We offer full OEM/ODM services, including custom layline, private-label printing, poly bag/box/reel packaging, and barcode labels. We support customers in Europe, North America, Asia, South America, Africa and the Middle East.
Send us your specifications - size, length, pressure rating, quantity and destination port. Our sales engineer will respond within 4 business hours with a quotation, datasheet and lead time.
