The SAE 100R12 hydraulic hose is a four spiral wire reinforced rubber hose designed for high pressure hydraulic applications with severe pulsing. The tube is made of oil and fuel resistant NBR synthetic rubber, reinforced with four layers of high-tensile steel wire spirals in alternating directions, and covered with MSHA certified abrasion and weather resistant synthetic rubber. It delivers working pressures from 18 to 28 MPa depending on size and is widely used for excavators, loaders, construction machinery, mining and oil and gas equipment.
Zhongxu produces 100R12 hoses to SAE J517 and ISO 3862 R12 requirements, while our DIN EN856 4SH hydraulic hose provides a comparable four-spiral high-pressure solution for demanding hydraulic systems.
