The DIN EN857 2SC hydraulic hose is a double wire braid reinforced compact rubber hose designed for medium-to-high pressure hydraulic applications where installation space is limited. The tube is made of oil-resistant NBR synthetic rubber, reinforced with two high-tensile steel wire braids, and covered with oil and weather resistant synthetic rubber. It is widely used for construction machinery, mining equipment and industrial hydraulic systems with tight routing requirements.
Sinopulse produces 2SC hoses strictly to EN 857 and ISO 11237 standards, with 100% proof pressure testing on every batch.

Quality Assurance & Global Supply
What is the difference between EN 857 2SC and EN 853 2SN?
Both are double wire braid hoses. EN 857 2SC has a smaller outside diameter and tighter bend radius than EN 853 2SN, for limited installation space. Pressure and fluid compatibility are similar.
What working pressure can I expect?
Working pressure is 400 Bar at 1/4" to 165 Bar at 1". Safety factor is 4:1. Every batch is 100% proof pressure tested at 2× working pressure.
Can I use it for water-based hydraulic fluids?
Yes. Water-based fluids: -40°C to +70°C. Petroleum-based fluids: -40°C to +100°C.
What is your MOQ and lead time?
Flexible MOQ. Sampling from 100 meters per size. Stock sizes 7–15 days. OEM orders 20–30 days.
Do you provide OEM branding and custom packaging?
Yes. Custom layline, cover colors, private-label packaging, datasheets and certificates.
Send us your specifications - size, length, pressure rating, quantity and destination port. Our sales engineer will respond within 4 business hours with a quotation, datasheet and lead time.
